This affect e.g. pronunciation of я (ja) because j then starts from
pause

default spelling moved to the start of the group

Fix: Flush stderr() after espeak_CompileDictionary().

Phoneme definitions.
New keyword "prevoice", always add murmer before a voiced stop, not only after a vowel.
