As Shadda is diacritic mark, it doesn't have meaning as separate letter,
therefore it should be consumed together with diacritized letter.

it's certainly more than I expected, but since it still isn't merged I figured I do these changes now.

Those are just very few fixes to both the German list and rules

If this rule wouldn't be there, the g would be pronounced voiced by espeak which it shouldn't do.
